Using Shapes

Welcome to the home page of Centre Spot. Centre Spot is a short online course to explain how to become a Christian using shapes. The course works best if you take it in sequence because it tells a story. So get ready to go on a journey, start at the beginning and ENTER IN

The journey that we are going on uses shapes to explain the story of becoming a Christian. There are 4 shapes: heart; circle; cross and dove. Through the use of pictures, these shapes will interact with one another in a way that will hopefully help you to understand how to become a Christian. The message is the same as what you will find on many other websites about Christianity but the method of using shapes as far as I know is unique. With God’s help may the use of shapes make it clearer for you

On our journey I am going to make reference to verses from the bible along the way to help explain the story. For those who aren’t familiar with the bible, the bible is a book made up of many books written by a variety of people at different times in history. There are two sections of the bible. One is called the Old Testament and the other the New Testament. The Old Testament and the Hebrew Jewish Scriptures are more or less the same. Christians believe the bible was inspired by God and tells of God’s action in history especially in sending his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. The bible is divided up into books, chapters and verses. For example John 3:16 means the book of John, Chapter 3, verse 16. As you read you may like to look up these verses in a bible.
